Ghana defeated Congo 3-2 in friendly yesterday

Ghana stepped up preparations for their 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda with a 3-2 win over Congo in an exhibition encounter on Tuesday.

Solomon Asante's deflected effort gave Ghana the lead before Richmond Boakye Yiadom and Jordan Ayew scored to render a Hardy Binguila effort counted little at the new Kintele Stadium.
