Super Falcons striker, Rasheedat Ajibade, will delay deciding on her future club until after the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations, NigeriaSoccernet.com reports.
Ajibade's current contract with Atletico Madrid expires this month, ending her four-year stint with the Spanish Liga F club.
The 25-year-old, according to Daily Post, has reportedly received an offer from a club in the American National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
However, she has chosen to focus on the upcoming tournament, where she hopes to lead Nigeria to a record-extending tenth title.
Ajibade made her final appearance for Atletico Madrid against Barcelona on Saturday.
With the WAFCON finals approaching, she will prioritize Nigeria's campaign, which begins with matches against Tunisia, Botswana, and Algeria in Group B.
