TRANSFERS - Clubs are studying the Super League's return
TRANSFERmarketWEB.com
The Super League is far from dead. As reported by the German newspaper Der Spiegel, in fact, it says that the English agency Flint, an expert in the lobbying sector, would have been contacted to study the return of the Super League. A draft document has already been launched with the title: "Paving the way for the Super League: strategies to rebuild, restart and win".
The strategy would be foolproof this time and would allow clubs to strike the current UEFA model, which is considered abusive and monopolistic. Furthermore, the 12 founding clubs are still in the project, despite the fact that 9 of them have pulled back (including Inter) and have agreed to rejoin Uefa and ECA again.
To all this must be added the Madrid company A22 Sports Management (consultant of the Superlega) which is studying a more flexible system: a format such as promotions and relegations between a hypothetical Superlega 1 and a Superlega 2.
