According to Angelo Mangiante, Chelsea improved its offer to Inter Milan for talented winger Achraf Hakimi. The first offer, a few weeks ago, was € 60 million, now on top of that the European Champions are also offering a player, either Marcos Alonso or Emerson Palmieri. 

Hakimi, 22, joined Inter from Real Madrid last year for a € 45 million transfer fee and is set to leave the Italian Champions this summer because of the financial troubles the team is going through. 

The addition of a player would bring the total value of the trasfer north of € 70 million. Recently Hakimi's agent confirmed that the most likely outcome is for the player to leave Italy.
