Nigeria striker, Tolu Arokodare (T.E.A) has joined Belgium side, Genk from French Ligue 2 side, Amiens SC a couple of hours to deadline, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.

The lanky forward replaces another Nigerian, Paul Onuachu who left for Southampton on the same day.

Arokodare who was seen shortly in Belgium is reported to have completed the move to Genk before the deadline.

The 22-year-old who is still a Valmiera FC player, but was loaned out to French Ligue 2 side Amiens is heading to Jupiler League Side and current leaders KRC Genk.

The reported transfer fee is 5 million. No information how much Valmiera will get from this transfer.

Arokodare scored 8 goals with 2 assists in 23 games this season.

He was courted by another Belgian club, Anderlect and Italian club, Cremonese prior to his choice of the Belgian champions.
