“They were hostile.’ Lobi complain of Doma United fans

Nigeria Professional Football league side, Lobi Stars have complained of the unruly behavior of their opponent, Doma United on the Matchday 10, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Savannah Scorpions who at the Pantami Township Stadium on Sunday lost to the newly promoted team, 2-0.

However, the game was mared by unsportsmanlike behavior from the fans which at some point brought the game to a halt.

Lobi Stars head of ICT, Achigbe George, disclosed that his working gadgets were seized by the fans.

“They were hostile at the beginning and during the match as proceedings were interrupted and several attempts were made to seize gadgets from the media team of the club,” George told Daily Post.

“My gadgets were seized by some of the fans.”

The Markudi based side  surrendered the top spot in Group B to Rivers United following the defeat.

Lobi Stars claimed that they have reported the incident to the appropriate authorities.
