Nigeria Premier Football League side, Shooting Stars Sports Club, has appointed ace journalist, Tobi Adepoju, as the new Sporting Director of the club, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

His announcement comes as the Ibadan-based club continues its rebuilding process following the appointment of a former Ikorodu City Coach, Nurudeen Aweroro, as the new Technical Adviser.

Adepoju, who announced his resignation as the director of Ikorodu City Football Club on Friday, was appointed on Saturday.

He returns home to his state club to bring back the glory of the club ahead of the new NPFL season.
