This could be the decisive week to know Zinedine Zidane’s future to Real Madrid’s bench. According to Marca, in a week the Frenchman should decide if he’s going to stay in Spain next season or not. The former midfielder still has a year left on his contract but he’s now reflecting about his future after a disappointing season, ended without a trophy for the first time in year.
Earlier this month, Zidane told reporters: "There are moments when you have to stay, and others when you have to go”. He also said that Real Madrid could be stronger even without him. “Can Madrid be better without me? Yes, sure. I've been here for 20 years and it's the best thing that has happened to me. I'm lucky to be in this great club”, the French coach said.
