REAL MADRID, Ancelotti now on the top of the list for the bench

Carlo Ancelotti is Real Madrid’s first choice for the Merengues bench. According to Cadena SER, Everton manager is Florentino Perez option number one to replace Zinedine Zidane. Ancelotti trained Real Madrid between 2013 and 2015, winning 'La Decima' - a 10th European Cup - in his first season with Zidane as his assistant.

The italian coach now has moved to the top of the list ahead of other candidates including Mauricio Pochettino, Antonio Conte and Castilla coach Raul Gonzalez Blanco.

According to AS, Ancelotti already refused proposal from Inter Milan, who was looking for a coach after Antonio Conte’s departure, but he would not say no to Real Madrid.
