Real Madrid agree new long-term contract for Arda Guler

Real Madrid have reached an agreement with Arda Guler over a new long-term contract, with the 21-year-old Turkish midfielder expected to sign the deal shortly.

According to well-known transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, all the details of the agreement have been settled. The contract is due to be signed in the near future, after which Real Madrid will make an official announcement.

Guler joined Real Madrid from Fenerbahce in 2023, with the Spanish club paying 28 million euros for the midfielder.

Since moving to Madrid, he has made 119 appearances in all competitions, scoring 19 goals and providing 28 assists for his team-mates.

Guler’s current market value is estimated at 90 million euros by Transfermarkt.

Real Madrid are fourth in the Spanish league table after seven rounds, having collected 15 points.
