"?Tim Sherwood could be unveiled as Queen Park Rangers' new manager as early as Tuesday evening, according to reports in the "?Evening Standard.
The Hoops are currently without a manager after the sacking of Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink was confirmed, following the teams 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest last weekend which leaves them 17th place in the Championship.

There were high hopes that the Dutchman could lead QPR back to the Premier League having enjoyed a successful spell in charge of Burton Albion.
Sadly, Hasslebaink was only able to win 14 of his 47 games in charge and that, combined with an investigation into corruption claims made by the Daily Telegraph, led to his downfall.
The club's Director of Football, Les Ferdinand, has been quick to act however, and is reportedly set to announce former teammate, Tim Sherwood, as QPR's new manager.
Sherwood has been out of management for just over a year after being sacked by Aston Villa, who themselves were relegated at the back end of last season.
The 47-year-old is better known for his brief spell in charge at White Hart Lane. Sherwood took over from Andre Villas Boas in December 2013 and led Spurs to a sixth placed finish, but left the club in somewhat acrimonious circumstances after being removed by chairman Daniel Levy in May 2014.

Sherwood had been expected to take charge at Loftus Road back in 2015 but talks are believed to have fallen through due to his wage demands and he subsequently joined Aston Villa instead.
Former Hoops manager Chris Ramsey is understood to be moving from his role with the team's youth development to join Sherwood's backroom staff, as the club bid to move away from the relegation zone and look for some stability after a tumultuous few years.
