“This stadium is a state of the art edifice and has all the required facilities to pass the test of the FIFA delegation when they come for inspection to certify this place fit for such a high calibre international match.”

The 2020 World Cup qualifier will hold after the draw for the global football tourney would have been conducted on January 21, 2020 at the Cairo headquarters of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

The Super Eagles are expected to feature at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium for the first time since 2011 when they drew goalless with Botswana in an international friendly match.
