Everton striker Oumar Niasse has been charged for "successful deception of a match official" during Saturday's draw with Crystal Palace.

Niasse appeared to go down under minimal contact from Scott Dann in the fifth minute, with Leighton Baines scoring the penalty.

The Senegal international went on to score the equaliser in the 2-2 draw at Selhurst Park.

He has until 18:00 GMT on Monday to respond to the charge.

More to follow.
