Ondo State Chapter of SWAN congratulates it’s Indigenes on their recent successes in Nigerian Football

The Ondo State Chapter of The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), are in congratulatory mood as two indigenes of Ondo State, Otunba Sunday Dele Ajayi and Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye both took another step in the Nigeria Football sector.

Otunba Dele Ajayi emerged as one of the two representatives of South-West on the Executive Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF while former federal lawmaker, Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye became the Chairman of the Interim Management Committee, IMC, a body saddled with the organization of the Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL).

Members of the sports reporting family in the sunshine state have no doubt that Elegbeleye and Ajayi will excel in the new tasks while taking the game of football to greater heights.

The association is particularly delighted that the two men possess great ability and capability to make huge and appreciable impacts towards promoting the round leather game in Nigeria.

Ondo SWAN appealed to them to avoid unnecessary distractions capable of jeopardizing their chances of succeeding in the onerous tasks.
