The Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL) Premiership delivered a mix of drama, goals and hard-fought draws on Matchday Four, as action unfolded across multiple centres nationwide, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

In Abuja, Naija Ratels surrendered a two-goal lead to settle for a 2–2 draw against Heartland Queens. Onu Markwell gave the hosts an early advantage in the 13th minute before Paulina Orshio doubled the lead nine minutes later. Heartland staged a late comeback through Emmanuella James (71’) and Faith Samson (79’) to earn a valuable away point.

At Ile-Ogbo, defensive discipline took centre stage as Osun Babes and Remo Stars Ladies played out a goalless draw, with both sides cancelling each other out in a tightly contested encounter.

In Benin City, former champions Edo Queens continued their strong form with a 2–0 victory over Adamawa Queens. Chioma Moses opened the scoring from the penalty spot just before half-time, while Atume Doosuur sealed the win with a composed finish in the 75th minute.

Rivers Angels edged past Ibom Angels in Port Harcourt, thanks to a decisive second-half strike from Ramotalahi Kareem in the 55th minute, securing a 1–0 win for the hosts.

At Yenagoa, defending champions Bayelsa Queens claimed a comfortable 2–0 victory over Pacesetters Queens. Blessing Ilivieda converted from the spot in the 17th minute before Aminat Folorunsho added a second shortly before the break.

In Lafia, honours were shared as Nasarawa Amazons and Abia Angels played out a 0–0 draw, while another stalemate was recorded in Umuahia, where Ahudiyannem Queens and Sunshine Queens also ended goalless.

The most prolific encounter of the round came in Asaba, where Delta Queens defeated Confluence Queens 3–1. Destiny Itobore struck early in the 7th minute to give Delta the lead. Confluence responded through Seember Emmanuel on 63 minutes, but late goals from Tsebee Rita Seember (80’) and Amarachukwu Onuorah (85’) sealed the win for the hosts.
