Neymar faces race against time
Paris Saint-Germain boss Thomas Tuchel has played down the chances of Neymar being fit enough to face Manchester United next month.
The Brazilian is struggling with a foot injury and is not expected to feature in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie at Old Trafford on 12th February.
Neymar suffered a "painful recurrence" of the injury he sustained to his right foot last season during the recent 2-0 win over Strasbourg in the Coupe de France.
Tuchel said of the chances of Neymar being able to travel to Manchester: "It's going to be super difficult.
"As I explained [on Saturday] it's too early to talk about a return date. We have to wait for the first week, which is very important and his reaction to treatment.
"Only after that can we be more precise. But it's going to be super difficult - that's not a secret."
PSG maintained their unbeaten start to the Ligue 1 season with a comfortable 4-1 win over Rennes on Sunday.
Tuchel's team have won 18 and drawn two of their first 20 Ligue 1 matches of the campaign and are 13 points clear of second-placed Lille.
PSG can be backed at 4/9 to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League and at 7/1 to win the competition this season.
