Defending champions of the MTN8, Orlando Pirates on Saturday qualified for the semifinal after defeating SuperSport United 3-1, with Nigeria defender, Olisa Ndah scoring one of the goals, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.

Olisa Ndah scored the opening goal of the encounter  minute to the first half stoppage time to give  Orlando Pirates the lead goig into the break. They got pecked back four minutes into the second half through Vincent Pule. With the scores level after the regulation time, Orlando Pirates got two in the extra-time off the boots of Monapule Saleng ('92) and Evidence Makgopa ('107) to book a semifinal spot.

Ndah who captained Pirates in the game became the sixth Nigerian to score for Orlando Pirates in the PSL era, and the first since Onyekachi Okwonkwo against TP Mazembe in April 2013.

The former Akwa United player will hope to get a return to the Super eagles squad in the next series of qualifying matches.
