Missed chances annoy Gracia
Watford head coach Javi Gracia has called for his players to be more clinical in front of goal after watching his team lose 2-0 at Leicester City.
Isaac Success and Andre Gray wasted presentable openings as the Hornets tried to find a way back into the King Power Stadium clash after a Jamie Vardy penalty and James Maddison had put the Foxes in control.
To add to Watford's woes, they had Etienne Capoue sent off in stoppage time following his challenge on Kelechi Iheanacho.
After confirming that the club will appeal Capoue's red card, Gracia added: "We dominated possession, I think we had 62 per cent, but it wasn't enough to finish the action. We created chances but we didn't shoot on target.
"We need to be demanding, we need to improve these situations because as you can see in these last games we are losing points, we are losing options to get better results because we are not efficient enough.
"Before the game we knew they had scored eight goals from counter-attacks."
After making an excellent start to the campaign, Gracia's team have only picked up one point from their last four matches and slipped to 10th in the table.
Watford are 9/1 to beat Manchester City on Tuesday and 5/1 to draw with Pep Guardiola's table-topping team at Vicarage Road.
