Medeama midfielder Kwame Boahene bagged the season’s 100th goal after scoring in his side’s 3-2 win over Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday.

The former Liberty Professionals talisman scored what proved to be the match winner for the Mauve and Yellows as they quenched off the flame of Olympics at Tarkwa.

The solo effort was the Ghana Premier League’s 100th goal this term.

After the 7th week fixture, a total of 111 goals have been scored, averaging 1.98 per match.

Total number of scorers are 68 with Hearts striker Gilbert Fiamenyo leading the scorers’ chart with five goals.

Nineteen players have scored two goals each with 40 bagging in a goal each.
