Lennon ready for even test
Celtic manager Neil Lennon says he is very wary of CFR Cluj's threat as the Scottish champions prepare for their Champions League clash in Romania.
The Bhoys have already knocked FK Sarajevo and Nomme Kluj out of the competition and thrashed St Johnstone 7-0 in their first Scottish Premiership match of the campaign on Saturday.
Cluj beat Maccabi Tel Aviv in the last round and have been involved in the group stage of the Champions League on three occasions - in 2008/09, 2010/11 and 2012/13 - when they beat Manchester United 1-0 at Old Trafford.
Cluj have won their domestic title in each of the last two seasons and are managed by the former Chelsea star Dan Petrescu.
Celtic areĀ 13/10 to win Wednesday's third qualifying round first leg encounter while a 1-1 draw can be backed at 5/1.
Lennon said: "We have got a bit of momentum, we had a great result at the weekend.
"All that will give us is a bit of impetus going into the weekend. It will have no real relevance on Wednesday night, but psychologically it's good for the players to have a win and a performance like that going into such an important game.
"This is a totally different animal. This is Europe, away from home, against the Romanian champions. We are very motivated, obviously, but we are very wary and respectful of the opposition. We come here in good form, Cluj are in good form, so I think the tie is pretty even."
