Laryea Kingston reveals he's ready to rejoin Great Olympics for Ghana Premier League second round
Ex-Ghana international Laryea Kingston has announced he is ready to rejoin his former club Great Olympics for the second half of the Ghana Premier League.
The 34-year-old has hinted he could be the next big-name experienced to join the Wonder Club.
Kingston has been out of football since parting ways with Hearts of Oak three seasons ago but says he has more football in him.
"I really love the game and I still believe I can come back and play good football. I came back to Ghana to play for my former team Hearts of Oak and Olympics is my former team as well so I will be more than happy to play for my boyhood club since some of my colleagues are there - hopefully in the second round of the league," Kingston told Joy Sports.
Kingston played for Great Olympics for two seasons which helped him to secure a place in the Ghana U17 team which won silver at the 1997 World Cup in Egypt.
He went on to play for European sides including Locomotiv Moscow, Vitesse Arnhem and Heart of Midlothian.
