Bayern head coach Vincent Kompany says Michael Olise is already a world-class player, but believes the 24-year-old must continue to be encouraged to develop further.

The Belgian made the comments while discussing his work with the France international, who joined Bayern from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024.
