Oliver Glasner set to stay at Nottingham Forest despite difficult Premier League start
Oliver Glasner is expected to remain Nottingham Forest manager, with the club’s players and owner Evangelos Marinakis continuing to support him despite their difficult position in the Premier League.
According to The Telegraph, Forest’s players voiced their backing for Glasner during discussions about the team’s current league situation. They reportedly praised the manager’s approach to his work.
Marinakis also remains confident in Glasner and is not currently planning to dismiss him.
Nottingham Forest have collected six points from their opening nine matches and sit 19th in the Premier League table, just above the bottom place.
Glasner’s side face a demanding test in their next fixture when they host Manchester City in the 10th round of the competition. The match is scheduled for 7 November.
