Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville believes the club must change the way it operates in midfield after their 1-1 draw with Tottenham in their latest Premier League match.

Speaking on his podcast, Neville criticised Youri Tielemans and Kobbie Mainoo as he assessed Manchester United's performance in the centre of the pitch.
Neville also said the introduction of Carlos Baleba as a substitute against Tottenham had a positive effect on the team.
