The Oga Boys side confirmed the transfer on Tuesday via their social media handles after he played only one game in the NPFL this season.
According to Ikorodu City, the former Inter Lagos striker signed a one-year contract with the club.
Obia who joined Ikorodu City on a season-long long before the start of the season scored 15 goals and provided 12 assists in 27 games for Inter Lagos last season.
