Ghana winger Solomon Asante grabbed a brace in TP Mazembe’s 6-2 win over Don Bosco in the ongoing four clubs tournament in Congo.

Asante who has been in splendid form for Mazembe this season opened his account in the ongoing mini tournament with a trade mark strike from the edge of the penalty area to add to strikes from Kalaba, Oussmane and Cisse.

Don Bosco got two of their own in quick succession before Kalaba got his second of the day.

Ghanaian midfielder Gladson Awako netted to extend Mazembe’s lead before Solomon Asante popped up late on to round off an impressive win for the Zebras.

The Congolese season is over but Mazembe are taking part in the mini tournament as part of preparation ahead of the group stages of the CAF Champions League.
