Nigeria Super Eagles Coach, Finidi George has disclosed he is not keen on a particular kind of tactics as he begins his job as the Coach of the national team, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Finidi who was former assistant coach of the team was appointed the permanent coach of the team after former gaffer, Jose Peseiro left after the expiration of his contract.

The former international speaks of his coaching policy while speaking with the media following a media tour to some radio stations on Tuesday courtesy of the NFF.

When asked which of the coaches style he has played under or worked with will shaped his style of play, Finidi states that all coaches has one input or the other in his style.

He insists he will use a formation that will be suitable for the players to play to ensure success.

"Any formation deployed is good enough for the players. They have to be comfortable to ensure it's success", He told Nigeria Info FM, Lagos.

While speaking with Sport Radio, Brila FM, Lagos, the Super Eagles Coach disclosed that what is important to him is to win.

His aim is for the players to know when to attack and to defend, to have the mental awareness of victory.

"To me my philosophy is to win. To me formation is not that important because if players interpret when they want to attack and when to defend and they do it well.

"There will not be problems because we can play 3-5-2, 4-3-3 or 4-2-2, but if the players know when to attack and when to defend I think will not have any problems. That is what Man City, Arsenal every team does but the difference is that players most recognize these moments and if they do they will definitely not have any problems".
