The Black Satellites survived with a nervy 3-2 victory tournament's most successful team - Argentina in Group B on Tuesday night in Wellington.

Dreams FC's Benjamin Tetteh powered Sellas Tetteh's charges ahead with a 43rd minute blazing effort from inside the box before Clifford Aboagye tamed the South American powerhouse with a brilliant left-footed strike from just outside of the box.

And, Manchester City's Yaw Yeboah converted from the spot for his second goal of the campaign to send Ghana cruising but the young Albicelestes staged a late comeback with Diego Simeone's son Giovanni Simeone and Emiliano Buendía reducing the deficit for the Argentines.

GHANAsoccernet.com's El Akyereko Frimpong assesses how the Black Satellites fared in their second game of the campaign.

Lawrence Ati-Zigi (GOALKEEPER) 7.5/10

Though the Red Bulls Salzburg glovesman could be blamed for Simeone's first goal after he spilled the ball inside the box. Ati once again showed a lot of quality in between the sticks and made two world-class saves - saves legend Gigi Buffon wasn't making at his age. Fine talent. Won't be bad for Avram Grant to grow his confidence after the tournament.

 Kingsley Fobi (FULL-BACK) 7/10

The 16-year-old full-back showed more energy going forward and provided extra bite for attack. Defended well too. Captain Owusu Bempah might have to be on the bench for some time. His vision at his age is incredible. Ghana's youngest player on the pitch today.

Patrick Asmah (FULL-BACK) 6.5/10

Asmah played with admirable coolness in the first-half as he was able to ward off most of the Argentines counter-attacking play. But, appeared to have ran out of energy at the later stages of the game.

Emmanuel Ntim (CENTRAL DEFENCE) 6.5/10

The Valenciennes full-back was able to fend off the attacking threats concealed by Correa and Cubas. He was definitely an improved player from the opening stalemate with Austria. Though showed tiredness at the at the dying embers of the tie.

Joseph Aidoo (CENTRAL DEFENCE) 6/10

Bullied the Argentine frontmen at will and had the confidence to rob them off the ball anytime they threaten his area. But also fell tired as well as pressure mounted on the Ghanaian defence.

Godfred Donsah (CENTRAL MIDFIELD) 7/10

The 18-year-old perhaps used the game to justify why there has been much noise about his qualities. He played with incredible maturity in central midfield - gagging the spaces and intelligently picking out passes and sharing them among speedy Samuel Tetteh and captain Clifford Aboagye.

Samuel Tetteh (WING) 7.5/10

Ghana owe their victory over the Argentines much to the effort of the WAFA starlet whose explosive pace and trickery faded away their rearguard. He was involved in two (2) out of the three (3) goals, including a penalty won and converted by Yaw Yeboah.

Clifford Aboagye (MIDFIELD) 8.5/10

Mastermind! The Granada FC diminutive midfield genius took the armband and really played like a captain, weaving his way through the opposition defence, loosening them with his brilliance and extra skill. Scored the second goal with a wonderful left-footed strike from outside of the box.

Yaw Yeboah (MIDFIELD) 7.5/10

The Manchester City starlet scored his second goal of the campaign with a patent finish from the penalty spot. His second from the spot in the tournament. He had more free hands to operate down the right after Clifford Aboagye's introduction.

Asiedu Attobrah (MIDFIELD) 6/10

Perhaps the weakest spot in the Ghana midfield. Couldn't wire his passes well to his team-mates and hang around the ball for too long. He had some fine times too with individual brilliance.

Benjamin Tetteh (FORWARD) 6.5/10

Scored a dramatic late first-half opener. But also missed scorable chances in the either halves. His height and physical presence provided trouble for the South Americans defence.
