Nigeria’s U20s continue their build-up to the 2025 FIFA U20 World Cup in Chile with a convincing friendly win, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Tahir Maigana, Orseer Achihi and substitute Charles Agada got the goals in the match played at the Complejo Deportivo Ruca Mapu. as coach Aliyu Zubairu’s boys head into Group F with confidence.

The Flying Eagles drew 1-1 with hosts Chile on Saturday, thanks to an Ahmed Akinyele opener before a 36th-min equalizer.

Up next for the Nigerian team is the 2025 FIFA U20 World Cup Group F opener against Norway on Monday at the Estadio Fiscal (Talca) at 9pm Nigerian time.

Followed by matches against Saudi Arabia and Colombia.
