Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL) side Shooting Stars are set to make a new addition to their team.

Shooting Stars FC(3SC) narrowly avoided the drop to the Nigeria National League(NNL) on goal difference as they finished 16th on the log above now relegated Kastina United, Heartland, Kano Pillars FC and MFM FC.

Gbenga Ogunbote's boys will want to do better this season in the NPFL and have started recruiting.

Shooting Stars are currently edging closer to signing Defensive Midfielder Kelly Kester. The 30-year old previously played for Shooting Stars in 2015 and is set to rejoin his former club soon.

The deal to sign the 30yr old midfielder is edging closer.

The Nigerian also played for other NPFL Clubs like Nassawara United(2015), Enyimba International(2018), Akwa United(2018), Lobi Stars(2020).

The Nigerian last played for Hong Linh Ha Tinh FC in Vietnam.
