Former Medeama striker Hans Kwoffie is in Lebanon to complete a move to top-flight side Al-Ijtimai Tripoli, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Kwoffie, who is a free agent, will sign a one-year deal with the Middle East club by the close of the week, Ghana’s leading football website, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.

The enterprising forward parted ways with Ghanaian side Medeama following the expiration of his contract and will team up with compatriot David Opoku, who has agreed a two-year deal with the side.

The intelligent attacker joins a growing list of Ghanaian players who are trooping to the Middle East in search of club football.

Kotoko duo Amed Toure and Michael Akuffo as well as former Ghana Under-23 striker David Opoku have all signed for clubs in Lebanon.
