Ex-Ghana Coach Kwesi Appiah has arrived in Ghana for his mid-season holidays after leading SC Khartoum to an impressive 3rd place finish in the first half of the Sudanese league.
The former Black Stars gaffer has managed to steady the ship in Sudan after a painful exit from the CAF confederation cup earlier on.
Khartoum have only lost once in the league under Kwesi Appiah but have drawn 7 and won 6 games in the first half of the league this season.
They are on 3rd place 5 points behind Al Merreikh and Al Hilal who are both tied on 30 points first and second respectively.
Appiah is expected to stay in his native for the next two weeks before returning to Sudan for the second half of the season.
