Enyimba Beats Plateau United

Champions Enyimba defeated Plateau United 1-0, while Nasarawa saw off Ikorodu United in rescheduled Nigeria league matches played on Thursday.

Both teams were engaged in international competitions overseas and so their midweek matches were moved by a day.

Match winner for Enyimba was Joseph Osadiaye, who scored from close-range after 29 minutes after he was assisted by Christian Pyagbara.
