English outfit Everton pushing for Jordan Ayew deal

A new name on Everton’s radar this summer, according to news agencies in Ghana, is Lorient striker Jordan Ayew.

The son of African legend Abedi Pele could be available from the French Ligue One club for a fee of €12 million.

Ayew joined Lorient from Olympique Marseille for €4 million last summer and became an instant hit with 12 goals and seven assists.

Everton, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace have all been mentioned as possible bidders by French newspaper L’Equipe.
