Ghana defender Kwabena Adusei is set for lengthy spell on the sidelines with a problematic knee injury which has forced Mpumalanga Black Aces to leave him out of their squad for this season.

The 28-year-old was knocked down by a knee injury last season and has since struggled to recover.

The former Asante Kotoko centre-back has been left out of the squad this season due to the nagging knee problem.

However the Ghana international will be registered once he recovers fully since his documentation is intact.

Adusei joined the South African side three years ago from Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko.
