It’s been a tough period for Chelsea without Victor Moses, but it’s one that seems like it’s almost over according to Antonio Conte’s press conference today.

The former Crystal Palace and Wigan winger has been out for more than a month with a hamstring problem, and given the lack of cover Chelsea have in that position that has lead to Davide Zappacosta playing more than expected, as well as Cesar Azpilicueta being forced to move out of the centre to provide cover

While Conte confirmed that the Nigerian will be in the squad tomorrow to face Liverpool, another one of his former clubs, he stopped short of saying he’d be in the team, and in reality the caution in his words indicates that he’s likely to start on the bench, with Davide Zappacosta holding on to the first team spot down the right for at least one more game.
