Chukwudi Igbokwe joins Portuguese club Rio Ave

Former Nigeria U-23 player Chukwudi Goodluck Igbokwe has moved to Portuguese Primeira Liga club Rio Ave following the completion of medicals, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The 22-year-old forward joins from Belgium side KAA Gent as a free agent for a deal that will see him stay at the club till 2026.

The Right2win Sports Club product of Nigeria spent four years with KAA Gent before the move.

Igbokwe has already trained this Wednesday under coach Luís Freire, at the Rio Ave FC Stadium.
