Carlo Ancelotti appears on Bayern Munich's official advent calendar
Bayern will reportedly release stickers of Jupp Heynckes to put over Ancelotti on door 19.
Carlo Ancelotti's shock dismissal as Bayern Munich coach came as a surprise to the club's merchandising department, who have the genial Italian's figure still beaming on the club's 2017 advent calendar.
Ancelotti was sacked at the end of September after Bayern suffered a miserable Champions League defeat at Paris Saint-Germain.
However, Bayern's preparations for Christmas stocking fillers were already well underway by that point -- the proof in the pudding being Ancelotti full of seasonal spirit on the advent calendar, tucking into some juicy looking poultry alongside David Alaba on door No. 19.
Help is at hand, though. Bild reports that new stickers are set to arrive so Bayern fans can replace the sacked Ancelotti with new boss Jupp Heynckes in the coming days. Heynckes has returned as interim manager for his fourth spell in charge, hoping to lead Bayern into a winter wonderland.
Ho, ho, ho.
