The Best 11 is dominated by AS FAR, with four players cutting. Tournament debutants, Edo Queens and FC Masar, each contribute two players to the lineup, while Mamelodi Sundowns, University of the Western Cape (UWC), and TP Mazembe round out the final 11.

Khadija ER-Rmichi of AS FAR, who impressively conceded only one goal in the group stage, secures the goalkeeper position. The central defensive pairing features Nouhaila Benzina of AS FAR and Shadia Nankya of FC Masar. The full-back positions are occupied by Cordelia Odoma of Edo Queens and Karabo Dhlamini of Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.

In midfield, Amogelang Motau of UWC anchors the team, providing support to the attacking duo of Sanaa Mssoudy of AS FAR and Sandrine Niyonkuru of FC Masar. Leading the attacking line is Emem Essien of Edo Queens, who is joined by AS FAR's teenage star, Doha El Madani, and Lacho Marta of TP Mazembe.
