Various reports say the verdict was delivered by the match commissioner for the tie,General Tamba Langtombong from The Gambia.
This was after a Pre-Match Meeting on Saturday evening.
He equally warned on the consequences of going against the decision, especially encroachment, which, according to him, may count against the home team.
The reasons for the decision might not be unconnected with Covid-19 issues, especially as it has to do with inter-country engagements.
Meanwhile, the match can be watched via the club's Youtube channel.
