Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa has officially terminated his contract with Turkish club Sivasspor, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Enquiries reveal that Musa informed Sivasspor of his decision in December, in accordance with the terms of his contract, which stipulated a one-month notice period.

The termination was mutually agreed upon between both parties. Reports indicate that Sivasspor owes Musa six months' worth of salaries.

Additionally, five other first-team players reportedly terminated their contracts in January due to unpaid wages while Musa was away representing Nigeria in the AFCON.
