Nottingham Forest's Ola Aina has praised his stunning strike in Saturday's 3-0 victory over West Ham United, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The fullback sealed the win with a breathtaking left-footed blast from outside the box in the 73rd minute.
"Sometimes it comes out. I like to surprise everyone, just bounced up right and then I was knackered anyway so I thought I might as well hit it," Aina told Optus Sport.

Aina's first Premier League goal this season capped an impressive display by Forest, with Chris Wood and Callum Hudson-Odoi also on target.
The defender has been an ever-present for Nottingham Forest, featuring in all 10 of their Premier League games this season.
