The Africa Cup of Nation’s is now heading towards its conclusion and tomorrow we have a cracking final that awaits us.

This year we have the tournament's two most consistent sides in the final, even considering that they both had a slow start.  Today, the Crew has decided to pick four players that we think will be the most influential in Sunday’s Final.

Ivory Coast:

Yaya Toure

The Ivorian’s will be looking towards their leader to bring stability in the middle of the park, just like he did against DRC Congo. Yaya might not have scored as many goals as he would have liked this tournament, but has still been influential in the build-up.

Gervinho

The Roma winger has been a handful for opposition all tournament long, and has scored a few of goals in the process. Arguably Ivory Coast’s best player this tournament, he will no doubt have a say as to whether they lift the trophy or not on Sunday.

Ghana:

Andre Ayew

The Older Brother of Jordan has been in magnificent form for the Black Stars throughout this year’s tournament. Not only has Ayew scored goals, but has also captained the country in the absence of regular captain Asamoah Gyan, who has struggled with illness and injury.

Asamoah Gyan

Gyan is one of those rare players that just seems to produce a magical moment when his team needs it the most. After Ghana lost their first game of the tournament, Gyan made sure he was fit for following game and also scored the deciding goal against Algeria to keep their cup hopes alive.

Who do you think will be influential in Sunday’s final?
