AFCON 2015: Mahatma Otoo joins up with Ghana's squad in Seville
Striker Mahatma Otoo has joined Ghana’s squad in Seville, Spain for pre-Nations Cup training after receiving a late call-up in the final 23.
The Norway-based was not included in the provisional 31-man squad but managed to gatecrash the squad after training with team in Accra before their departure to Europe.
Otoo, who plays for Sogndal, made his way into Avram Grant’s squad due to the injury to Abdul Majeed Waris.
He would be making his debut at the tournament,
Otoo made 27 appearances last season and scored nine goals but that did not save Sogndal from relegation in the Eliteserien.
