AFCON 2015: Denmark-based youngster Daniel Amartey happy to make Ghana final squad
Youngster Daniel Amartey says it is “a dream come true” to have made Ghana’s final squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 20-year-old has been impressive this season for his Danish side FC Copenhagen and also in the Europa League.
New Ghana coach Avram Grant handed him his first Black Stars call-up and the versatile defender worked his socks off to make the cut.

Amartey, a former Ghana youth international international, was groomed by Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies before being sold to Swedish side Djurgarden IF.
He played two seasons in Sweden and was linked with Liverpool but ended up at FC Copenhagen.
