Ghana’s squad returned to training on Friday afternoon after playing two pre-Nations Cup friendlies.

All 23 players including midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu who suffered a slight knock in Thursday’s 1-1 draw with SC Cambuur were available.

On Wednesday, the team beat Portuguese second-tier side Olhanense 3-0 with goals from Christian Atsu, Kwesi Appiah and Jordan Ayew.

The Black Stars are in the final stages of their preparations for the tournament since moving to their camping base Seville, Spain on Monday.

Head coach Avram Grant is looking at playing German Bundesliga side SC Freiburg before emplaning to Equatorial Guinea.

Ghana are in action on 19 January for their Group C opener against Senegal in Mongomo where they will also play Algeria and South Africa.
