Genk striker, Tolu Arokodare could be out for weeks with the medics after he was to have substituted an injury in the game KV Oostende. Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Although there haven’t been any report from the KRC Genk camp, but the injury is suspected to be one that will rule him out of three games or more.

The 22-year-old was signed last month as replacement for compatriot, Paul Onuachu who joined Southampton.

He scored on his debut against KAA Gent and grabbed an assist for the side against Mechelen.

The Smurf over the weekend won 3-0 but the Nigerian forward was replaced by Tanzania international Mbawama Samatta after he struggled to continue due to injury.
