Eight countries are expected to be drawn into two groups of four labeled A and B.

Countries that will be drawn includes host Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ghana, Niger, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Togo and Benin Republic.
The host will lead group A, while the highest FIFA ranked team which is Nigeria will lead group B, the competition is slated for February 8-24, 2018.

The competition will provide Nigeria’s Super Falcons with a competitive game ahead of the AWCON qualifier. Ever since they won the Africa Women Nations Cup hosted by Cameroon in 2016, they are yet to play a game and have been inactive for close to a year
