Nigeria International defender, William Troost-Ekong, has been deemed fit for game time and is available for the club’s Sky Bet Championship clash against Blackpool on Saturday according to Watford manager, Slaven Bilic.
The Super Eagles Vice Captain sustained a minor hamstring injury on international duty with Nigeria and has missed the Hornet’s last two games against Stoke City and Swansea City.
Bilic, who recently took charge of the London club said the centre-back is in the frame for the trip to West Coast.
“Troost-Ekong trained with us yesterday [Thursday, October 6] – he looks good, and he’s definitely going to be in the squad,” Bilic told a press conference on Friday.
“That’s a big positive for us, particularly with our injury problems at the back.”
The defender has made two league appearances for the Vicarage Road outfit this season.
Watford have one just one from their last five games, loosing two and drawing two in the process.
