Warri Wolves have put an end to Abia Warriors’ unbeaten streak by handing out a 1-0 defeat to the Umuahia-based outfit in a match day three rescheduled fixture at the Warri City Stadium on Thursday, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

Abia Warriors who have won five and drawn five in their last ten games in the Nigeria Professional Football League this season came all out to protect their record.
They were unable to do that as they tasted defeat for the first time this season with former junior international, King Osanga, grabbing the winner for his side in the 53rd minute.

The visitors remain second in the table despite the defeat.
Warri Wolves who occupied the 14th position prior to the game have now moved to ninth position in the table.
